I do have one question: What would you be making the horn out of? That's giving me the most troubles, haha.
i haven't really thought about what to make the horn out of. there's a lot of different options to choose from. You could make it out of foam (if you're going to use craft foam, then i suggest curling it so that it still has a round effect instead of flat, and having something to support it since craft foam does tend to lose its shape over time, and it could flop to one side. A light wire, or small toothpicks could hide in between the craftfoam so that no one sees it >w<;; ), foam board could work?, you could use a light wire base support for the horn and make it stuffed, you could make a mold, sculpy? (srry idk much about molds >w<;; ), sorry those are the options i could think of at the moment. i could inform you if i find other ways? but you don't want to make it look too flat, since it is a unicorn horn with holes in it. but even though it takes a weird deformed shape, it still spirals upwards. And of course i highly suggest putting it on a thick headband that matches the colour of the wig so it hides, and also putting the ears on the side. (hot glue gunning it works well for attaching lol xDD) hope this helps! please feel to ask me any other questions, if you get stuck or about cosplay props. I'll be happy to answer!

i will be making this cosplay at some point. a group of friends and I are planning on doing the whole MLP royal wedding cosplay in which i get to be queen Chrysalis lol xDD
