Sure! All I ask is credit for the original design, and photos! (I'd love to see what you do with it!) If you want to shorten it to make it easier to walk around in then you can gather it at the sides underneath the top drape (with all the holes and tears), and you have the option if you want to leave the top drape longer in the back like a train! Just some options there. If you have any questions or get stuck on anything then feel free to send me a PM! Good luck!
This is an amazing concept, I hope you don't mind that some of this has inspired some ideas for details on my Chrysalis cosplay concept as well. I'm still working on a final concept and decided to look at other cosplays for some ideas. And may I ask what you are going to try and make your wings from?
Thank you!! I don't mind at all! There are times where I look at other cosplay ideas for some inspiration as well! xD
What I had in mind for the wings was using a plasticy/ netting type of material that you can pick up at a fabric store; I can't quite remember what it was called? (I just know that it's mainly used for hats and such) cpvered in a nice shiny fabric (but not too shiny), and that will be draped with a nice clear transparent fabric. So about 2-3 layers. You could just put a nice transparent fabric that's shiny if that's more convenient since you can still see through her wings regardless of all the holes. I also had in mind that the wings could also be clipped onto the back of the belt. I hope this helps!
